P-6 Prognostic value of the lymphocyte/monocyte ratio in advanced pancreatic cancer

Several studies have evaluated the interest of inflammatory markers as prognostic indicators for pancreatic cancer. The aim this work was to investigate utility lymphocyte/monocyte ratio (LMR) a factor in Tunisian advanced This is retrospective study including 31 patients diagnosed and treated locally or metastatic cancer, at medical oncology department Habib Bourguiba university hospital Sfax, between 2011 2017. A male predominance observed (61%). average consultation time 2.7 months, most common reason abdominal pain (87%) followed onset jaundice (29%). Nine had performance status (PS) ≥2. On imaging, tumor size estimated 4.5 cm. presence metastases 16 (51.6%). Chemotherapy indicated 19 patients, neoadjuvant situation (38%) 51% case disease. found 9 mean overall survival 7 months. Survival 1 2 12.9% 3.2% respectively. associated with worse (OS) year (3.2% vs 13%, p =0.002). other poor factors PS ≥2, CA19-9 level stage IV (p=0.001, p=0.021 p=0.027 respectively). findings from suggest that OS addition prognosis factors.
